Night time Wind down

Forget the treats that are full of additives (hemp, magnesium, chamomile, lavender) that claim to calm your dog down at night. Quite simply, if your dog has a treat that they need to chew, that focus on chewing will create a calming effect. They will naturally breathe slower, their heart rate will drop and the routine of a 'night time wind down treat' will signal to them it's time for bed. This time on their own is great for their entire well-being and will start a good routine to signal to your dog it's time for bed. These are treats that won't smell so you can give it to them inside on their mat/bed and also won't be too hard to chew that you over stimulate them.
